R & F Alloy Wires, Inc. became known as a world leader in the production of Beryllium Copper Wire and Gold Plated Beryllium Wire because we pay attention to customer needs and gear our entire production facility to those customers' requirements. Our facilities are modern and equipment is continually updated to keep pace with the demands of growing markets. This is particularly apparent in our new in-house Computerized Gold Plating Facilities and Silver Plating Facilities.

We have been able to reduce costs by maximizing manufacturing efficiencies. This has created the ability to operate in a cost effective fashion in both long production runs as well as short run situations.  This translates into being able to provide our customers with Specially Configured Wires or Wire which is Straightened or Cut  to specific customer requirements in addition to our daily runs of Round, Square and Flat Wire.
                       

As a result, we are considered an asset to those companies who seek to obtain prototype runs prior to full production.  We are well noted in the industry for custom drawing, strand bright annealing and heat treatment, specialized turkshead rolling , precision mill rolling and high speed electroplating.

Commitment To Quality
We are widely known as a quality driven producer of specialty wires. A visit to our plant reveals a complete, integrated and pro-active Quality Department with comprehensive metallurgical capabilities to monitor the processing of wire.  Quality Assurance uses the latest technology and instrumentation available to test plating composition and thickness; digital load cell tensile testing units to test mechanical properties, in-process laser and non-contact gauge measurement units, computerized process data storage and final product and process rating reviews.
